The training on Religious Immigration will address the requirements, in the sponsoring entity and in the beneficiary, for both nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. The complete application process will be explained as well as consideration given to various time constraints. Special attention will be paid to the regulations currently in effect as of Nov. 2008. This training will be conducted by Fr.
