Technology pervades the legal profession and is a common feature of litigation. This program focuses on aspects of two such technologies, admissibility of social media and content of “apps” and liability for the wrongful collection and use of biometric information by private entities.
This program will be of interest to judges, practitioners, consultants and law students and will feature distinguished and knowledgeable faculty.
