This course is set to answer the question at hand – what exactly is Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias? Through an overview of the variety of courses given on this subject this question will be answered. Best practices for solo practitioners and small law firms will also be provided.

Ethical considerations in the field of diversity and inclusion will also be discussed including lapses where practitioners failed to meet best practices. It will consider caselaw, recent developments and offer a course for ethical implementation of the new direction proposed by the OCA.
