Thousands of people are victims of human trafficking in the United States each year. Immigrant victims who assist in the investigation or prosecution of their traffickers, may be eligible for a T nonimmigrant visa as well as the ability to apply for permanent residence after three years. Nevertheless, hundreds of T visas go unclaimed each year. Given the current backlog for U visas, identifying T visa eligible applicants is more critical than ever. Join us for this webinar to learn how to spot and screen for trafficking cases, the eligibility requirements for a T visa and an overview of the T visa application process.
