The Practising Law Institute is offering a free webcast of a live presentation from New York City entitled Prison Litigation Issues 2017: Practical Strategies on June 6, 2017 at 1:30 pm Eastern.
Why You Should Attend
This prison litigation course is a companion to PLI’s fall Prison Law program (available on-demand) and will provide more in-depth analysis of practical strategies for lawyers litigating prison practices and treatment of incarcerated persons. The program will examine topics such as complaint filing, discovery issues, pretrial motion practice, trial practice, and common challenges in prison litigation.
