This training is day two of Legal Service of New Jersey's four part Family Law training series. This training offers an introduction to Child Support practice in NJ.

Topics to be covered include:

• Statutory Standards & Court Rules
• Child Support Complaints, Modifications and Enforcement in Non-Dissolution Matters
• Child Support Across State Line (Uniform Interstate Family Support Act)
• NJ Child Support Guidelines Modifying Child Support
