Domestic violence is blind to race, education, age, gender, sexual orientation and identity, and socioeconomic background. This CLE will offer attendees an opportunity to learn about the dynamics of domestic violence and how to recognize domestic violence in our communities, families, circle of friends, and clientele. Presentations will also address the need for pro bono representation in increasing access to justice on domestic violence cases, and offer a future opportunity for training as part of a pro bono project.
