Philadelphia LawWorks, a project of Philadelphia VIP, is excited to be partnering with Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP and Comcast Corporation for a Small Business Legal Clinic on November 16, 2017. The clinic will be held at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, 1701 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.

At this clinic, volunteer attorneys will provide free legal advice to business owners from The Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians. Clients will have the chance to:

• Meet individually with volunteer attorneys for free
• Ask volunteer attorneys questions about business structure and formation, conflicts of interest, indemnification, intellectual property, commercial leases, and other legal issues related to running a small business.
