LawNY is offering a 3-credit CLE that can be used to attain or retain VA Accreditation. VA accreditation is for the sole purpose of providing representation services to claimants before the VA For the training to count towards post-accreditation VA CLE requirements, you must receive notification from the VA that you are accredited prior to the training. To obtain accreditation, you must complete this form: www.va.gov/vaforms/va/pdf/VA2la.pdf Completed forms may be mailed to the address indicated on the form, or emailed as a PDF to OGCAccreditationMailbox@va.gov. In our experience the accreditation process takes, on average, four to six weeks. We may be able to expedite this process for interested attorneys.

  • CLE Credit Comments: This program will provide 3 hours of transitional CLE credit in the area of 1.5 hours in Professional Practice and 1.5 hours in Skills. This program is appropriate for new attorneys, as well as experienced attorneys. Partial credit for the program segments is not permitted.
