LawNY is offering a 3-credit CLE that can be used to attain or retain VA Accreditation. VA accreditation is for the sole purpose of providing representation services to claimants before the VA For the training to count towards post-accreditation VA CLE requirements, you must receive notification from the VA that you are accredited prior to the training. To obtain accreditation, you must complete this form: www.va.gov/vaforms/va/pdf/VA2la.pdf Completed forms may be mailed to the address indicated on the form, or emailed as a PDF to OGCAccreditationMailbox@va.gov.
