Thank you to all who allowed us to place surveys on your sites. The surveys have been implemented. Please contact us if you would like the results of your survey.

An important first step in these projects is to collect data and information from users to better inform our direction, but we need your help.  We would like to implement a very simple user survey on your site, using one of these three methods:

• Option 1 – Survey embedded in a widget on your homepage
• Option 2 – Nav bar link to a survey embedded on a flex content page
• Option 3 – Widget link to a survey embedded on a flex content page

This will require no additional work on your part.  Just let us know that you’d like to make the user survey available on your site, indicate the option you’d like to use, and we’ll take care of the rest!  If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.
