FEDERAL JUDGES BREAK FEDERAL LAW
The Washington Post conducted an investigation that shows that at least eleven federal judges have violated federal law by either ruling in a case in which they owned stock in one of the parties or by failing to report an expense paid junket.A release by Community Rights Counsel also provides background documentation on these violations and chronicles the steps taken by the judiciary that have made these problems worse, not better. This release says that "eight years after judicial junkets and judicial stock conflicts became front page news they remain major problems undermining the judicial branch."
