REPEATED TESTS COST TIME AND MONEY, AND POSSIBLY LIVES

Medical tests done over and over again of the same study or treatment are a waste of time and money, and might also cost lives.

For example, studies done on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) showed, as early as 1965, that babies sleeping on their stomachs were more likely to die, and yet it took until the 1980s for this information to make it to the public.
