Organization Description
PSLC is a Non Profit legal services organization that provides legal assistance, counsel, advice and document preparation in the following areas of law: Family law, Guardianship, Conservatorship, Unlawful detainer/Eviction Defense, Collections/Claims defense, Probate, and Bankruptcy. PSLC offers family law clinics by appointment on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Guardianship clinic Thursday mornings, Conservatorship clinics Friday mornings and various civil clinics by appointment throughout each month.

Family Law clinic
Legal advice and counsel, document preparation in divorce, legal separation, child custody, child and spousal support, domestic violence, and other family law matters
Guardianship clinic
In court attorney assistance in Riverside Superior Court each Tuesday by appointment only.
Conservatorship clinic
In court attorney assistance in Riverside Superior Court each Thursday by appointment only.
Civil clinic
Monday and Wednesday (times vary) assistance with unlawful detainer defense, collections, civil harassment, etc.
Bankruptcy- Chapter 7 self help Workshops bi-monthly on a Saturday (dates vary), from 9am-12pm.
All services are for income qualified individuals only.
