The New York State Dispute Resolution Association, Inc. (NYSDRA) is a private not-for-profit professional membership organization committed to the use and promotion of peaceful dispute resolution. Through leadership, education, promotion of professional standards and training, and development of innovative statewide programs, NYSDR provides opportunities for people, communities, organizations and businesses to effectively respond to conflict. Established in 1985, its members consist of Community Dispute Resolution Centers located in all 62 counties of NYS and hundreds of individual dispute resolution practitioners, organizations and others interested in the field of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
