SAFEPLAN Massachusetts provides 209A civil legal advocacy to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in four Barnstable County courts. In addition, advocates provide crisis intervention, safety planning and referrals.
Volunteer Activities: 209A, child custody, visitation, support, paternity and divorce. Attorneys can provide legal information and direct representation on a pro bono or reduced fee basis.
