Lawyers Clearinghouse

Lawyers Clearinghouse provides a unique opportunity for corporate, tax, IP, employment, real estate, and other transactional attorneys, including in-house counsel, to apply their expertise on a pro bono basis to help people who are homeless and/or very-low income and the Massachusetts nonprofits that serve them.

Legal professionals who volunteer with the Clearinghouse can choose from a wide range of opportunities, including: assisting people with civil legal issues and/or their Massachusetts-based criminal records (CORI); helping Massachusetts nonprofits contend with pressing legal concerns; taking on pro bono projects in retirement; or hosting educational workshops and consultations for area nonprofits.
