Uptown Legal Clinic

The Uptown Legal Clinic provides legal services to low income individuals with legal issues pertaining to family law, consumer protection, disability benefits, elderly, employment, housing and other similar civil issues. Many of the Clinic's client referrals come through local social organizations, but the Clinic is open to all clients who meet its eligibility requirements.

Volunteer attorneys offer legal counseling services at the Clinic and, on occasion, may choose to assist a client following the Clinic. Clients scheduled for the Clinic are told that there is no guarantee that a volunteer attorney will undertake representation of a client in any particular matter.

The Clinic is held at Bethlehem Haven (downtown Pittsburgh).
