The Missing Link of Jacksonville, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3)corporation. We are the only organization in the area which hosts a monthly divorce program to assist survivors of domestic violence with filling out pro se divorce paperwork. The clinic is staffed by volunteer attorneys and assistants from the community as well as a victim advocate to provide emotional support as needed. We currently serve Duval County residents.

The clinic is typically held the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. in a secure location for the safety of our participants.

In 2009 The Missing Link of Jacksonville, Inc. was incorporated after being founded in 2005 and became a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. It's current President is Carol Ann Benjamin, who is one of 3 co-founders. Originally co-founded in 2005 by Kathy Pannell, Victim Service Coordinator of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Department, then attorney Marla Buchanan, Rogers Towers LLC and Carol Ann Benjamin (former paralegal) and currently a Realtor with Sunshine Realty & Appraisal Services.

The Missing Link of Jacksonville, Inc. was founded in 2005 after one of the co-founder's close relative lost their life to domestic violence. In 2007 The Missing Link of Jacksonville, Inc. received the VAAC Victim Advocate's Award presented by Mayor John Delaney, Jacksonville, Florida.
