Pro Bono Non-Lawyer Partnership

The Pro Bono Non-Lawyer Partnership Network is a 2010 public service initiative of Chancellor Scott Cooper and the Philadelphia Bar Association, in conjunction with public interest legal organizations, law firms, law schools, pro bono lawyers, and the greater Philadelphia business community.

The Network is a collaborative effort intended to create connections and build partnerships between lawyers who provide free legal assistance to poor, disadvantaged, and vulnerable Philadelphians and the many experts, professionals, and businesses which provide highly valued support services to the legal community.

If you are a non-lawyer professional interested in providing free services, click here to fill out our volunteer enrollment form.

If you are a public legal services agency or other provider of pro bono legal services interested in obtaining services from non-lawyer professionals, click here to fill out our legal services/ pro bono provider form.

The Pro Bono Non-Lawyer Partnership will match interested non-lawyer professionals with legal services agencies and pro bono providers. Once the match has been made, the legal services agency or pro bono provider will be solely responsible for evaluating and determining the non-lawyer professional's suitability for the particular project. The matched parties will remain responsible for agreeing upon the scope of the non-lawyer professional services and all other terms among themselves.
