Pro Bono CLE Pilot Project logoMCAP is a 501(c)(3) organization designed to provide free legal representation and social services to children of Montgomery County who are victims of abuse and neglect. Over 100 MCAP advocate attorneys volunteer their time to represent these children each and every day in Montgomery County.
