Unemployment Law Project- QLSP

We represent unemployed workers in Washington, most often after they have been fired or have quit their jobs and are seeking unemployment benefits. We help them through direct representation at administrative hearings and in some instances on appeal for judicial review. When we cannot represent someone we can provide telephone advice through our helpline. Volunteers can work flexible hours and in some instances may work from their own offices rather than ours because hearings are often telephonic rather than in-person.
