I am the Licensed Master Level Social Work Supervisor on the Interdisciplinary Team in the Parent Representative Defense Program at Legal Services of Oklahoma. I currently supervise contract Master Level Social Workers, Bachelor level Social Work Interns from Oral Roberts University and Master Level Social Work Interns from the University of Oklahoma and Northeastern State University.
I have worked full-time in social work settings while earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and Master of Science degree in Social Work. I worked at the Department of Human Services for over 9 years and left my position as a DHS Supervisor to work on the Interdisciplinary Team. I have worked in social service positions in the Tulsa, OK community for over 20 years serving populations and programs dealing with violence, poverty, abuse and neglect of children, suicide, lack of services and environmental conditions.
I am a graduate of RHEMA Bible College in the area of Teaching Ministry. I am also a credentialed minister at International Gospel Center, where I currently serve as the Director of Children’s Ministries. I have served in children's and youth ministry for over 25 years and I am passionate about developing, equipping and encouraging children, parents, youth and leaders.
I am a native of Miami FL and currently live with my husband Michael in the Tulsa OK area. I am blessed to have has 3 adult children and 1 grandchild. I enjoy cruising, traveling, and keeping up with current events. To stay brain stimulated and current with youth I skillfully play various games on Switch and Xbox gaming systems.
