Why You Should Attend
At Trial Evidence 2024, participants will learn to apply best practices and analyze strategic considerations for handling evidence at trial, including developing evidentiary issues around artificial intelligence. This program will focus on the Federal Rules of Evidence.
What You Will Learn
After completing this program, participants will be able to:
- Understand admissibility under Federal Rule of Evidence Section 608(b) (witness credibility and impeachment)
- Recognize and evaluate new and emerging issues about the use of artificial intelligence in the courtroom
- Update their knowledge and skills regarding selected Federal Rules of Evidence
