As part of the Federal Bar Council’s Access to Counsel Project, and in partnership with NITA and the ACTL Downstate New York Chapter, the Council is pleased to offer an intensive NITA Deposition Training program for attorneys who represent or agree to represent civil pro se litigants in the SDNY and EDNY. NITA’s signature “learn by doing” method provides a strong foundation and gives participants the opportunity to hone and develop their deposition skills in a supportive, small group environment with focused evaluation and feedback from our NITA-trained instructors.

This program is FREE and limited to 24 participants. We will offer this program and a trial skills program multiple times during the year and will establish waiting list once registration is full.
