ABOUT THE CONFERENCE: We will explore the theory and practice of therapeutic jurisprudence, particularly in the context of custody and visitation cases. The current procedures for forensic evaluations, including the issues of post-traumatic stress disorder and parental alienation, will be analyzed and recommendations made for litigation strategies as well as systematic improvements. The psychological impact of working with domestic violence victims and best practices around vicarious trauma will also be discussed.

CONFERENCE FEES: The registration fee is $90 for one day of the conference and $145 for both days.
