This training provides an overview of basic concepts pertaining to conditional residence as well as the I-751 application process before the USCIS and defending the application while in removal proceedings. This training will be conducted by Jojo Annobil, Esq. and Allison Baker, Esq. of The Legal Aid Society, Immigration Law Unit.
