The program will address common challenges in this practice area and solutions for overcoming those challenges.

What You Will Learn

After completing this program, participants will be able to:

  • Identify and understand fundamental federal tax law issues for tax-exempt public charities
  • Review relevant considerations for grant-making organizations that prioritize racial equity and justice
  • Understand what activities nonprofits are permitted to engage in with respect to lobbying or political activities

Who Should Attend

This program is for attorneys interested in learning more about nonprofit law, as well as those who concentrate on such issues as a substantial part of their practice.
