Why You Should Attend
This program will provide an overview of immigration relief that may be available to children, victims of crime and trafficking, and individuals eligible for asylum. The program will also address cancellation of removal and related relief. Experienced faculty will discuss substantive and procedural issues as well as new developments in relevant case law and processes.
