Agenda:
Human bias impacts who is implicitly and explicitly included and excluded.  This CLE addresses overcoming bias to further LGBTQ inclusion in the legal profession.

Topics covered will include:
Recognizing the distinction between sex, cultural gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation;
Understanding the history of LGBTQ individuals and legal systems;
Understanding the barriers to service LGBTQ people experience; and
Tips and best practices for working with LGBTQ individuals.
