The program will provide an overview of U.S. immigration law, including current developments and trends. Expert faculty will discuss the relevant governmental agencies, immigrant and non-immigrant visa categories, inadmissibility and removability, naturalization, and issues that employers face, as well as ethical issues that can arise for the immigration practitioner. The program will serve as an excellent introduction or refresher regarding the complex area of immigration law.
