This session will address a range of issues that arise when negotiating and drafting foreclosure and mortgage-related settlement and loan modification agreements. Topics include: over-reaching confidentiality and non-disparagement clauses; non-mutual releases; attorney’s fees, costs accruing after settlement; and ethical issues arising throughout the process.
