In this webinar, we will walk through the 2012 SRL Friendly E filing Best Practices, and discuss how different court systems are working with legal aid and other non-profit partners to design e-filing processes using these Best Practices as a guide. Potential panelists include representatives from SRL-friendly e-filing initiatives Minnesota and New York, and contributors to the best practices guide. We will also discuss an LSC TIG-funded initiative that will allow LawHelp Interactive to become a certified EFSP (electronic filing service provider) and lay the groundwork for the integration of LHI forms developed by legal aid programs with court e-filing systems. In addition, we will spotlight ongoing projects looking at court process simplifications.
