SCHEDULING ORDER |

THEODORE H. KATZ, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE.
Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, brings this prison civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983. The Court, having issued a Report and Recommendation recommending that defendants' motion to dismiss be denied in part and granted in part, hereby issues the following schedule for the completion of all pretrial discovery:
1. By no later than September 11, 2000, defendants shall provide plaintiff with the standard documentary discovery required by this Court's local rules applicable to a prison civil rights case.
2. Consistent with the Court's Report and Recommendation, by no later than September 8, 2000, plaintiff may amend the Complaint, if warranted, to allege a constitutional claim for the deprivation of medical care and to name appropriate defendant(s) with respect to such claim.
3. All pretrial discovery shall be completed by no later than January 15, 2001.
4. The parties shall contact the Court if the parties believe

5. By no later than January 1, 2001, defendants shall inform the Court in writing whether. they intend to file a dispositive motion in this action and the nature of any such motion.
6. If the parties do not intend to file a dispositive motion, a Joint Pretrial Order shall be filed by no later than February 15, 2001.
