Trial Evidence 2017 is a fast-moving program, featuring a unique blend of doctrinal analysis, illustrations, and practical applications. You will learn fundamental evidence law, as well as important recent trends and developments. The faculty includes an emeritus professor of law who taught evidence for over 25 years and who has authored texts and articles on evidence law, a highly experienced federal district court judge, a former New York State trial and appellate judge, and a presently sitting New York State trial judge.
