Why You Should Attend
PLI's 40th Annual Section 1983 Civil Rights Litigation program will provide litigators with an update on important legal developments in this continually evolving area of law, as well as in-depth analysis of the implications of these developments. The highly experienced faculty, comprised of constitutional scholars and plaintiff and defendant practitioners, will review and analyze recent Supreme Court decisions and development in the law of qualified immunity, excessive force, and malicious prosecution.
