This has never been more true as new initiatives in Family Court emerge. Join us for PLI’s 26th Annual Children’s Law Institute to learn about a variety of legal and social issues affecting child welfare and juvenile justice practice.

• Apply the Parental Equity Act to child welfare practice
• Understand the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children and its interplay with Family Court proceedings
