As media attention has focused on the rising tide of anti-Asian violence, Asian Americans are increasingly speaking up about the biases they face in various aspects of their lives.  This includes feeling marginalized in the workplace and facing the dreaded “bamboo ceiling” that limits advancement for Asian Americans.  Join the NYCBA for a program where a wide array of Asian American lawyers will share their personal experiences in the workplace, and they will discuss research-based frameworks and personal strategies to combat bias and support inclusion and advancement.
