The first part of this CLE will leave the participants conversant with the basic issues to be resolved in Custody, Visitation and Paternity cases. It will also touch on Family Offense Petitions. The second part of the course will examine what tools have been used to work with non-traditional families, mainly from the LGBTQI community in which family formation, creation and protection are not readily included in the standard regulations.
