Framed as a discussion between an estate planner and an estate litigator, this program will cover best practices in will drafting; common mistakes; and the problems that drafting mistakes could cause in probate. The program is formulated with the beginner as well as the advanced practitioner in mind.

This course is free for those who volunteer at least 2 hours through the Brooklyn Volunteer Lawyer's Project before November 21, 2019. Experienced attorneys receive additional CLE credit for every 2 hours of eligible pro bono service. Cost for non-volunteers: $150.
