This program will consist of two panel discussions addressing rarely-considered ethical and implicit bias issues in the bankruptcy sector.  The first panel will  discuss a lawyer’s ethical duties when a client mentions/threatens suicide and other ethical considerations in bankruptcy practice.  The second panel will address recognizing unconscious bias in the bankruptcy sector and provide practical tips to mitigate implicit bias and improve client service.
