In one year of RTC, despite many obstacles of implemenation, the results are powerful.

• 84% of tenants who had an attorney through RTC stayed in their homes,
• lawyers have won cases of tenants who would have otherwise been evicted, and in some cases even been able to re-regulate units,
• and organizers have knocked on tens of thousands of doors, observed housing court and so much more!

We are working to raise funds to cover the cost of this party so that it can be free for all who want to come. We aren't quite there yet! So, the tickets are donation based but there is no minimum donation or entrance fee. We invite those who can donate to donate and we welcome all who want to come, regardless of ability to donate.
