The program will provide an overview of immigration relief that may be available to children, victims of crime and trafficking, and individuals eligible for asylum. Experienced faculty will discuss substantive and procedural issues as well as new developments in relevant case law and processes.

• Representing children in immigration matters and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
• Immigration relief for victims of crime or abuse
• Cancellation of removal and related relief

The program will benefit attorneys who represent, or who are seeking to represent, these vulnerable populations, and is offered for free to encourage pro bono representation.
