Free CLE - Also being offered as a WEBCAST!
The purpose of this live and webcast CLE is to provide an in depth training for any attorney that wishes to represent Veterans at the VA Administrative level or in Federal Court (up to and including the US Supreme Court).
The morning program is focused on the less experienced VA practitioner. This program meets the requirements of 38 CFR 14.629 and will qualify for accreditation requirements by the VA. Attorneys that want to learn about this rewarding practice should plan to attend. The afternoon hosts some of the top speakers in the country to take an in depth look at representing Veterans.
Learn how to write a powerful argument at any level from one of the top practitioners in the country, Ken Carpenter. His name is on more pleadings.
