In the new political environment, the normal legal approaches we have used in the past may be insufficient to prevent ICE targeting, detaining and deporting crime survivors, including those who already have VAWA and U visa status.  In this webinar we will explore the variety of social change and organizing strategies advocates and attorneys will need to employ in coming years to help ensure survivors can access safety and justice, including working with community-based partners and the media.  Join us to share you ideas as wel as learn from those with expertise in social change work.

  • Sameera Hafiz, Advocacy Director at the National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA)
