Challenging NYC's Notice of Property Tax Values February 2, 2017 2-3 pm EST

The NYC Department of Finance sends out Notice of Property Values (NOPV) to homeowners every January and is holding NOPV events in February. Learn how the NOPV is utilized and how homeowners can challenge them to reduce their assessed value, adjust exemptions, and change their tax classes in order to modify their property tax amount.
