No lawyer? Municipal court offers self-help center (OH)

"Franklin County residents who can’t afford an attorney to handle civil cases such as landlord-tenant disputes or the sealing of criminal records now have a place to go for guidance.

The Municipal Court has established a self-help resource center in the Downtown courthouse complex that includes a staff attorney provided by Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law.

The center opened last month on the 10th floor at 369 S. High St. Information is available for those wondering what forms they need to fill out, where to file them and how civil cases work their way through the court..."
