Topics of discussion will be child support issues and case law, ethical issues in limited scope representation, advance protection from abuse and service member civil relief act. 6 CLE hours, pending with 1 hour ethical. Training is free to anyone that is a pro bono attorney for Kansas Legal Services and, if you would like to become a volunteer and will accept a case, the training will be free to any new Pro Bono volunteers.
