DV LEAP is the only nonprofit in D.C., and more broadly in the U.S., devoted solely to providing legal appeals to survivors of domestic violence and their children.

This year, DV LEAP is celebrating its 15th Anniversary with an event at the Newseum. Actress/Comedienne Michaela Watkins will be the featured speaker and there will be a performance by GW Law Schools a cappella group, The Promissory Notes.

DV LEAP partners with world-class law firms across the U.S. to provide pro bono legal appeals to protect survivors from abusers and children from unsafe parents. During the event, DV LEAP will recognize some of the incredible firms and individuals they have worked with this year.
