Topic: Through this second of two series concerning consumer law matters for military families, you will examine protections and issues on four topics: (1) developments and protections in consumer payments, (2) the Military Lending Act, (3) consumer fraud, and (4) current scams.
Costs: For this 3-hour CLE: $60 for ABA members; $120 for non-members; FREE for all military attorneys (Judge Advocates), military paralegals, and civilians employed by the military who register before the live webinar.

Monday, October 23, 2023 – Consumer Financial Law for Military Members: Series 1
Time: 12:00 – 3:20 p.m. ET (3 hours of CLE requested)
Topic: During this first of two series that focus on consumer financial law involving military families, from this presentation, you will learn the latest about three key topics: (1) the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act’s legal and financial protections, (2) avoiding and resolving car dealer fraud, and (3) debt collection issues.
Costs: For this 3-hour CLE: $60 for ABA members; $120 for non-members; FREE for all military attorneys (Judge Advocates), military paralegals, and civilians employed by the military who register before the live webinar.
