Drake Law School will present a clinic for residents of Plymouth Place on financial and medical powers of attorney as part of the Cady Day of Service. The clinic will begin with a brief overview of the importance of having a financial power of attorney and medical power of attorney. At the conclusion of the presentation, participants will meet one-on-one with a licensed attorney and/or Drake Law student to execute a simple version of power of attorney or living will documents.
